About Me
Hi! I’m so happy you’re here.
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts, originally from Argentina, where I completed my studies before moving to the U.S. more than ten years ago.
Over the past 15 years, I’ve been on a journey of continuous professional growth, gaining experiences that have deepened my understanding of mental health and enriched my ability to connect with people from diverse cultures, backgrounds, and life experiences. I believe these differences are what make each person truly unique.
I founded Mindful Care Counseling Services with one goal in mind: to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where people can access the care they need to heal and grow.
I also understand the value of expressing your thoughts and emotions in the language that feels most natural to you. That’s why I offer therapy in both English and Spanish, bringing not only bilingual communication but also a deep cultural understanding of the challenges and transitions you might be facing.

Together, we’ll create a compassionate space to understand your experiences, shift unhelpful thoughts, and build healthy routines. Using CBT, mindfulness, and supportive psychotherapy, we’ll work toward a life that feels lighter, more meaningful, and fulfilling.

Parent Support
Parenting can be deeply rewarding — and incredibly challenging.
In a supportive space, we’ll explore your parenting challenges, strengthen your connection with your child, and develop strategies to manage stress and set healthy boundaries. My goal is to help you feel confident, balanced, and supported in your role.

Trauma - PTSD
Trauma can change how you see yourself, others, and the world.
We’ll work in a safe, supportive space to process your experiences at your own pace. Using trauma-informed approaches like CBT, mindfulness, and grounding techniques, we’ll focus on helping you feel safe, empowered, and whole again.

Child Psychology
Children experience emotions and challenges in ways that are unique to their stage of development.
Through age-appropriate, evidence-based approaches, I help children express their feelings, build coping skills, and improve emotional and behavioral well-being. Working closely with parents, we create strategies to support your child’s growth, resilience, and confidence both at home and in school.
